Nashville WIN β Hit All the Right Notes in Music City πΈ
It was a solid ride tonight in Nashville. I really just focused on making passes where I knew I could, didn't force anything and let the race come to me.
The track was gnarly, especially early in the day. There were dry spots and slick spots everywhere. You really had to be on your game.

Qualifying went well. I topped Q1 with a 52.786, and in Q2 the track had changed a lot. I put a solid lap together with 6 minutes remaining to top the standings, but got bumped down to P2 late in the session. I had one last crack at it with 30 seconds to go but made a mistake in the sand section and finished the session in 2nd.

The heat race went perfectly. I pulled the holeshot and led into the first corner. It was a good clean race and I was happy to come away with the win. The track was really hard pack and slick out there, but I felt like I got my starts back, so it was just about executing that in the main and riding the way I know I can.

The main event started well, I came out 4th off the start. On the opening lap, I moved into 3rd through the whoops, then made a pass for 2nd just after the sand section. With 11 minutes to go, I made the pass for the lead through the whoops.

Clear track ahead, shadows were starting to show, so I just had to put my head down and log laps. With 8 minutes to go, Seth dropped from 2nd, creating a decent buffer for me. Lap traffic was hectic, but the track crew did an unreal job managing it and I took the win!

The entire track was were super sketchy today, but we made it work. Coming to Music City and hitting all the right notes feels pretty special. Championship lead extended β we keep pushing towards that East title.
